Social Responsibility... INGASCO and TAIYO NIPPON SANSO PHILIPPINES aims to establish good relations to the community member especially on areas where our plants are located. The company would like to develop harmonious relationship with the City Mayor and Barangay Chairman through our Community Service to their constituent. This corporate responsibility also open the communication link with the Barangay Officials and people in the community that our company Ingasco and TNSPI are responsible organizations. Lastly, this project exercise humanitarian practice that we would like to extend our help to our barangay even in small ways of giving. doctors 2009 health awareness lectures AND OUTREACH PROGRAM The TNSPI employees held its 2009 CSR last August 21, 2009 at Pagaspas Elementary School gym, near our TNSPI plant. We served more than 510 people in the community. Ingasco and TNSPI employees and barangay officials helped this project became successful.San Jose Plant held its 2009 Health Awareness Program and Outreach Program on September 5, 2009 at the church of Banay-banay 1.0, San Jose at Batangas. We distributed Health Sanitation kit and bag of goods for more than 510 people in the barangay. Vice-mayor of San Jose and other barangay officials together with Ingasco’s employee are hand-in-hand for the distribution and organizing the events in the area.While the San Simon Plant conducted the Health Awareness Program and Outreach Program were at the Pampanga Central High School, nearby grade school at Brgy. Tulaoc, San Simon, Pampanga where more than 510 families are served by Health Sanitation Kit and bag of goods. It was held on September 19, 2009. Both Head Office and Plant personnel did its best to help in the purchasing, packaging and the distribution of goods to be given to respective nearby barangays. 2008 Medical Mission & Outreach Program

Medical Mission and Outreach Program in all plant-based community at Brgy.
Pagaspas, Tanauan (TNSPI) last May 24, 2008 ; Brgy. Banay-banay 1.0, San Jose,
Batangas last June 14, 2008 and Brgy. Tulaoc, San Simon, Pampanga last July 26,
2008.

(General/Pediatrician) and free medicines for cough, colds, vitamins,
paracetamol, etc. On the other hand, the outreach program is composed of giving
one (1) bag of goods to each family in the barangay. Approxiamtely, 500 to 600
bags of goods with content of 2 kilos of rice, cans of sardines, packs of
noodles and a kilo of sugar were distributed in nearby barangays. On the outreach
program, the barangay officers qualify the members of the community according to
the income group bracket of Class C and below or families who received from
P0.00 to P150 pesos daily.
